Information you send
When you submit a contact or booking form, the website stores the details you provide so Libby can respond and manage your enquiry. This may include your name, contact details, area, pet details, requested dates and care instructions.
How it is used
Your information is used only to respond to you, discuss and manage pet-care requests, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Email notifications
The website may send Libby an email notification containing the enquiry details. A copy is also retained in the secure admin area.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries can be deleted from the admin area when they are no longer needed. You may contact Libby using the details on the Contact page to ask what is held about you or request correction or deletion where appropriate.
Keeping sensitive details out of forms
Please do not send alarm codes, key safe codes, payment card details or other highly sensitive access information through the website. Those arrangements should be agreed directly.
